Management Systems
    There is no beautiful appearance when you come to Mustang. It’s hard to believe that a winner of Rising Star Award and National MSB Award doesn’t have a splendid outlook. However, if one has looked into the whole systems of Mustang, he/she would completely agree that Mustang deserves such honors.

    Mustang has her own cultural and management style, which combines traditional Taiwanese style, Japanese style, and American style. It is because that the system designer and company establisher, Mr. Jack Liu, had worked in a Taiwanese company (Tatung Co.), a Japanese company (Taiwan Yutaka), and an American company (Zenith Taiwan) before Mustang was established.

From Taiwan Yutaka, Quality Assurance and PDCA are reserved.
From Zenith Taiwan, Standarization, Filing System, and Computerization are reserved.
Employees Are Shareholders: Workers are The Bosses
    Since the company was established, the staffs were encouraged to be the shareholders.

    Therefore, the main staffs are the main shareholders. Since 1998, all employees of this company are the shareholders.
Profit Center System: Workers Participate with Management
    All Divisions are Profit Centers. Management Division reports gain and loss of each division every month. Employees are allowed to share 6% of his/her divisional profit. The system motivates employees to improve their divisional performance and to participate with the company’s management.
Internal Suggestion System: Workers Can Be Mustang History Creators
    Employees participate with the company’s management through “Internal Suggestion System” as well. All employees are legible to file their suggestions, which will be replied by CEO Board. The accepted suggestion will be implemented definitely. The SPI will be revised accordingly and the names of suggesters will be put onto the revised SPI. Thus, his/her name will be remained in Mustang history.
Quality Assurance: Fully Implementation of ISO 9001 Quality System
    ISO 9001 is completely implemented. Our ISO specialists audit all operations weekly and check the whole system annually. Thus, we always pass the examinations of ISO 9001 auditors.
PDCA: Long Lasting Management System of Mustang
    Plan, do, check, and action consist the fundamental 4 stages of all implementations in Mustang. Divisional mangers and beyond are required to provide 5-year and 1-year plans. Each division and each sector have their suitable PDCA cycles. All staffs are required to maintain their personal PDCA. PDCA has been running in Mustang for more than 50 years.
Standardization: The Fundamental of All Systems
    SPI defines operational standards and is enforced without exceptions. Since it’s hard to have a perfect SPI, every SPI is revised as soon as it needs. Gradually all Mustang SPI’s are improved and nearly perfect.
Filing System: No Absence or Resign ation Bothers
    Although Chinese characters are not suitable for modern filing system, Mustang has developed her own substitute codes to systemize all files. Along with personnel substitute implementation, no absence or resignation would bother any operations.
Computerization: Outstanding Management Information System Implementation
    Mustang received the Award of Outstanding Computerization from the Government for her excellent Management Information System in 1993. Now Mustang’s MIS is even much better improved. Since 1999, email became one of the main media for internal communication. The original LAN had been expanded to WAN as soon as the new factory and office aquired. Moreover, Mustang built her own dedicate line to the Internet along with electronic banking connection with Bank of Taiwan. Mustang was the first company implementing PC banking in Hsin-Chuang City.
